7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I believe I can have a much better relationship with sugar from now on"

There are so much information out there about sugar. I read some. I have diabetic type 2 and it's not improving.

On Day 1, as Eric walked through the emotional change related to sugar craving was astounding for me. It was so clear and I understand completely how my brain is triggered and hot-wired to take that irreversible first bite.
I believe I can have a much better relationship with sugar from now on.
