7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I have never payed so much attention to food labels"

I decided to do this Quest because I wanted to test myself and my relationship with sugar.

I am on my 6th day of this 7 day Quest and it has been quite enlightening. I did not realize what an impact it would have on me and my motivation.

All of the things Eric mentioned will happen have happened and I have been astounded at how many foods have some form of sugar in their ingredients I wanted to have some tuna for lunch the other day with some lite Mayo and then I read the label and saw that one of the ingredients was sugar. I could not believe it I was frustrated and yet at the same time quite in awe.

I have never payed so much attention to food labels but on this quest, I literally cannot stop looking at the labels on everything I eat.
I have also experienced many cravings for sugar and that little devil Eric talks about constantly nagging me and telling me just to have one little piece of candy with artificial sweetener trying to convince me that it is not really sugar.

I have noticed how many times it wants me to give up but I keep plowing along. I also got on the scale this morning and I was two lbs. lighter. I was thrilled and that has motivated me even more.

Thank you, Eric and Mindvalley.
