Today that I don't have those two obsessions, I feel anxiety again. I think it's another level of learning. Today I discovered to replace sugars, including those of fruits, with nuts and almonds and combine them with herbs. This took away my anxiety about sugar and kept me in the challenge of 0 sugar. I hope I do the right thing.
