"I have learned some essential things for my life and nutrition"

Before this program, I did not dare continue with my healthy food as Eric designed my ma from sabotage. I ate a little bit of that, and a little bit of aya lost control of my eating habits. Still, my sweetener is bega honey or agave honey, which kept me quiet. Of course, that mixed with fruits.
Thank you very much for this program because I have learned some essential things for my life and nutrition. On my way, I want to retake it in Spanish. I noticed several changes as my body temperature decreased by removing the fruits and consuming less sugar. I placed sugar cravings, but mine was more like sweet fruit because previously, I had eliminated synthetic sugars and replaced them with honey. Today that I don't have those two obsessions, I feel anxiety again. I think it's another level of learning. Today I discovered to replace sugars, including those of fruits, with nuts and almonds and combine them with herbs. This took away my anxiety about sugar and kept me in the challenge of 0 sugar. I hope I do the right thing.
And now my life has realigned. I will continue with Eric's advice to be successful and continue on the right path. One of the things is to consume seasonal and organic fruit. Those two points seemed essential to me. Arigato, Gracias, thank you, Shalom.
