7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"During the 7 Day Challenge, I lost weight, consistently"

I will be starting WILDFIT on January 3rd.
This review is for Eric Edmeades' 7 Day kick sugar challenge. I've been stumbling and bumbling for my nutritional truth(s) for close to ten years. I am sixty-two.
For most of my life I have been overweight. It's a miracle I'm not already diabetic. Eric's course hit what may have been the core issue with my lack of achieving optimal health.

During the 7 Day Challenge, I lost weight, consistently ....an average loss of approximately one pound per day for the entire seven days. I think my excess sugar had caused me to get Candida. I had noticed effects on my skin for the last several months - especially my right shin and left forearm. I had significant eczema on my left forearm, which cleared by the end of the 7 Day Challenge. My right shin is improving, and I expect that eczema (and the effects of Candida) to fully disappear as well. Needless to say, I will be diving into WILDFIT with even more vigor after my personal success and results from Eric's 7 Day No Sugar Challenge.

"I have no sweet cravings after a 3 week period of conscious eating"

It's wonderful how we can adapt to certain mental states. I have no sweet cravings after a 3 week period of concious eating. The only times I've had chocolate is when my partner or colleagues have offered a piece and I accept due to habit saying yes to treats. Could you imagine -...
