I jump on to become a member because I saw the advantage financially and the access to all the quests. I knew I had a sweet tooth so I start 10X and "7 Days to breakout with sugar" at the same time.
The first 4 weeks I lost 10 pounds. Then it was a lot of motivation but the weekly routine help me to create the habit and keep me positive. After 83 days I can say that I got my life back, and can also close my pants, I am more active, sleep better and found more energy. So when I start on the 23rd of May, 179 pounds (81 kg) fat 20% and today 162 pounds (73 kg) fat 15%. I am not were I want to be yet, I steal have a 1 pack instead of 6...but I gave myself another 3 months to achieve my goal and then I will show you the result. BTW I am 63 years young.
