Just a bit of background. I am an active 80+ year young man in great health. I have always practiced knowing that my immune system was strong and that I am grateful for my excellent health (I take no Rx medication). I had become somewhat inactive due to the pandemic and did not have an active exercise program. I had just started the “slow five” program by Ben Greenfield and then couldn’t go to the gym.
Doing 10x now!!
I have just finished week 9 Day 61 of 10x and I feel great.
My wife said she can already see a difference in my muscle tone and how I look. I not only know that I am stronger but I already have more energy. I really like pushing myself to the point of failure and then taking a but if a breather and adding a few more reps.
The instructional videos are excellent and I would recommend the program highly. The fact that I can do the daily routine at a time of my own choosing and at home is a plus for me.
The reason I joined this quest was that I needed an exercise program that could be done at home and on my schedule. It was easy to acquire the basic equipment that I needed from Amazon and I appreciate the “how to do it at home videos.”
I am hoping to achieve three things from 10x.
- First - continuance. I am establishing a habit for a program that I can easily continue once the quest is finished.
- Second - longevity. I have a vision of adding many years to my life expectancy and have a goal of a healthy active life well beyond 111 years! I believe 10x will support and help me achieve this goal.
- Third - lifestyle. I love to hike, backpack, kayak and enjoy being active especially in nature, and 10x will allow me to continue to enjoy the lifestyle I love!
I will be excited to see the full results when I have completed the quest. I will be adding to my story at that time.
