As I started training 10X my training time was reduced to 6 to 10 minutes! And my muscle mass didn't grow excessively for I don't like to look too muscled. I am lifting or pulling more weight than before, defining my legs and but, feeling younger at my 50's.
PS: all the old injuries pains are gone, because I trained all the muscles around them, supporting and impeding the calcification that hurts.
