I will now spend another month training at home while I further embed correct form and close awareness of the 6 main muscle groups and 9 isolation muscles and the different exercises to fatigue the muscles.
Next month I will start visiting the gym once a week as well as my home exercise routine
The other part of my wellbeing that I am giving time for is the mental side with regular meditating and breathing and journaling and reflecting and destressing by being in control of my time management with focus on important things
