"My strength increased by about 70% during this period"

Before the Mindvalley 10X program, I was doing my resistance training in the gym with a personal trainer for a year already. We had to progress slowly, as I had both shoulder and knee issues. Besides the gym, I was doing lots of other sports such as yoga, acro yoga, swimming, surfskating, wakeboarding, surfing, snowboarding, and skydiving. So, I am generally quite active, doing something almost every day. In the past, I was working out in the gym for multiple years before I got injured, so I also had lots of experience with resistance training. 
By starting the 10X course, I stopped training with my coach and trained alone by following the instructions provided by Monique and Ronan. Also, I stopped going to the gym and only trained using my body weight and resistance bands. The only thing I needed besides the bands was a pull-up bar 1-2x per week, but it can be found in lots of parks, and if not, I can always go to a gym for that. I choose to train with resistance bands instead of weights in the gym because currently, I am living a digital nomad lifestyle, and I can bring the bands with me everywhere and train everywhere by using the same techniques and weights.
I have to say that this program is the most complete, effective, and bullshit-free training program I have ever done. It is quite easy to stick to it, even with my intense travel schedule. I finished the course in 4 months instead of 3 because sometimes I repeated a week or skipped 1-2 two days because of travel. 
My strength increased by about 70% during this period which is quite a lot, knowing that I worked out in the gym for a year before the program. The progress could have been even more significant if I was not on the road because it messed up my diet and sleeping schedule, which is even more important than the training itself.
I love that I gain muscle and strength with just 20-30 minutes of training 4x a week. I am sure I will stick to this program for a long time. Everybody could and should have this amount of time dedicated to their health, no matter what they are doing. I highly recommend taking this class to take your health to the next level. Let's crush it!!! 💪
