Thanks to this program in conjunction with Wildfit and my wife who joined me on this quest, I now weigh 226.1 lbs and have lost more than 25 lbs.
Not only that, but I made huge gains in my strength and am finally starting to feel some muscle in my body.
I finished the As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) test with a 40+% improvement in all of my exercises.
I finished the Work Capacity Test with a 11+% improvement in weight, 19% improvement in time, and 33% improvement in sets without breaks.

For the first time, we want to work out 4 times a week and love going to the gym. I finally feel I have control over my body and want to continue pushing it to its limits.
