"I now weigh 226.1 lbs and have lost more than 25 lbs"

Before this program, I weighed 251.5 lbs and had not lifted weights consistently in the past 10 years. 

Thanks to this program in conjunction with Wildfit and my wife who joined me on this quest, I now weigh 226.1 lbs and have lost more than 25 lbs. 
Not only that, but I made huge gains in my strength and am finally starting to feel some muscle in my body. 

I finished the As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) test with a 40+% improvement in all of my exercises. 
I finished the Work Capacity Test with a 11+% improvement in weight, 19% improvement in time, and 33% improvement in sets without breaks. 
All stats are shown below. And now our lives are much healthier. 

For the first time, we want to work out 4 times a week and love going to the gym. I finally feel I have control over my body and want to continue pushing it to its limits. 

We highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to become stronger and develop a healthy body.
