Before I started, I didn’t fully believe I could do it. I had doubts—about my age, my body, and what I assumed were limitations. I didn’t see myself as someone strong or athletic. But I had a clear goal: to be healthy, toned, and energized.
And let me say this clearly—I didn’t do this because I wanted to be skinny. I already was.
I did this because I wanted to be strong. I wanted to prove to myself that I could push beyond my limits, build muscle, and gain real power—both physically and mentally.
The beginning was tough—so tough that I truly thought I couldn’t go on. My body had never been challenged like that before. But I chose to trust the program and stay consistent. That was the key.
