"It’s such an amazing rush, and it motivates me to keep going, to push harder, and see what I can achieve next"

Honestly, when I first started 10x, I wasn’t a fan of strength training at all🥴
 I was much more into yoga and swimming, and the thought of picking up dumbbells or doing intense workouts just wasn’t my thing😪 
But I knew deep down that if I wanted to stay healthy, I had to start focusing on strength training—so I did it because I had to, not because I really wanted to. 
But somewhere along the way, something changed.
 Little by little, I stopped thinking of workouts as something to check off the list and started actually looking forward to them. 
 Now, I want to train! 💪
 I’m not just doing it to take care of myself anymore (though that’s still a big part of it), but because I’ve fallen in love with the progress and the feeling I get after a workout. 
 It’s such an amazing rush, and it motivates me to keep going, to push harder, and see what I can achieve next. 
So, thank you for being there through this whole journey. 
 I never thought I’d be someone who loves strength training, but here I am, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
