I was much more into yoga and swimming, and the thought of picking up dumbbells or doing intense workouts just wasn’t my thing😪
Little by little, I stopped thinking of workouts as something to check off the list and started actually looking forward to them.
Now, I want to train! 💪
I’m not just doing it to take care of myself anymore (though that’s still a big part of it), but because I’ve fallen in love with the progress and the feeling I get after a workout.
It’s such an amazing rush, and it motivates me to keep going, to push harder, and see what I can achieve next.
I never thought I’d be someone who loves strength training, but here I am, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
