Before this Quest my life was improving after taking the 10X challenge, but I was still limping and overweight and exhausted with my job and somewhat depressed with Covid isolation. 

After taking this Quest I feel reignited to perform as a musician, alive as a teacher and returning to coaching with renewed vigor, and an interior joy. 
I lost 30lbs, and realize that in 6 months from now I will be so much healthier. My limp is gone, I can squat and kneel again. Dr's implied I would never walk again, then never walk without a limp, never squat or kneel and that is now reversed. 

The reason I enrolled in this Quest was a yearning to restore health and vitality to enjoy the future after menopause and as I create a new phase of life. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was how to set myself on a healthier path, and enjoy a system. In fact, this has been so much more, with an ongoing process for health and vitality that my body, mind and spirit embrace. 

Reasons why I recommend this Quest are: the tools and knowledge shared are transformative. I don't know that one can return to the previous state from where I started, because the emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual are all brought through this journey, artfully sculpted by Ronan and the team. Even the final lesson takes one to a deep insight that increases what we learned from day one with a new context. My body was the symptom...repairing that has been the way back to light and inner light.

My job is no longer an issue because I am preparing a new future, growing in awareness and vitality again. I can jog, dance, and feel my body responding to all this work and the learning in ways I had stopped believing possible. 

My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are that I need much more protein in my diet, sleep is important and healthy, the morning and evening routines are such a great balance to each day. 
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are weight loss, inner curiosity and connection, feeling sexier and happier!
