I started 10X just after the Beyond Fasting program which was a good progression since I had started loosing weight. I really enjoyed learning the efficiency of the training. I approached 10X using home gym exersises. I got covid just at the end of the training and was worried I would have to start over, but I picked up where I left off after 6 weeks of recovery and did not gain any weight (bonus). The program taught me new exercises and knowledge about how to take care of my muscles and body. Much of the nutrition tips were already engrained in my routine from Beyond Fasting.
After 10X I noticed I had not quite reached my goal of weight, but my body is definitely stronger and fully recovered from all injuries, as well as excellent at preventing more back injuries. I definitely fit in many of my clothes again which is a great thing for me since I love my closet !
I struggle with the lack of variety of exersises and tend to get bored after a while, so I am now ready to continue my fitness journey utilising more variations of the exersises and a gym membership. I lost 3 % body fat and I am at 1% away from my goal, and as far as the weight, not quite either, but since January I did lose 26 pounds and the body composition analyser tells me it's mostly fat so YAY! ( I strongly recommend doing that before and after your program ! ) I will keep at it.
I am happy with progress even though it was slower for me, I am confident I will reach my goal I and SUSTAIN it. It is progress. I am happy to set new goals and add new exercises to my gym program.
This way I will never have an excuse to skip training and do the minimum twice a week. No matter what happens in life, 10X made it easy for me to persist and sustain my results by allowing me to take my fitness with me wherever I go so I do not risk falling too far off track, which is really the best thing.
I love the results, and the fact that I learned so much even though I had a decent fitness background in my life, and now have more freedom to keep fit.
