Before the program, I was already training most days, applying the learnings from The Longevity Blueprint quest. I was lean and my cardio fitness was very good.
During the 10x 12 week quest, I increased my strength and muscle mass and also reduced my body fat. Whilst in COVID, the gyms were closed, so did my best with Home workouts and limited equipment. I definitely look forward to doing the 10x training consistently in the gym, as i am very confident that my gains will be a lot better.
A Big Thanks to Ronan, Lorenzo, and Monique for producing a very comprehensive program. You made it lots of fun and I can definitely see the real benefits of this quest.
