Before this Quest, I had a decent workout routine, but wasn't getting great results. I enrolled to add an element of structure and accountability, but was totally blown away: this Quest offers so much more.
First: The research is top-notch. They've really done their homework and followed the science to provide the best, researched-backed fitness recommendations. They don't just tell you what to do, but why you're doing it. That makes a giant difference and sets you up for long-term success after the program.
Second, Ronan, the primary instructor, is incredible. He's inspirational without being cheesy: his authentic love for fitness is evident from the first video. He offers fun and useful analogies, playful anecdotes, and dynamic delivery—I just wanna hang out with him!
Third, the efficiency of the program is amazing. Yes, the workouts are challenging, but they don't last very long, making it easy to fit them into your routine.
I was also astounded by how much I truly started looking forward to my workouts. I used to see them as "a necessary burden" but with this Quest, I started loving the challenge and loving the sense of accomplishment thereafter.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly: I got results, which got noticed by friends and coworkers. One coworker actually stopped in the middle of a video conference meeting and abruptly asked "Wait, Nick, have you been working out?"
If you choose to do 10x, commit fully, follow the guidance closely, and prepare for incredible results.
