Before this program I made excuses for not being able to have an exercise routine while living the van life full-time on the road. The more sedentary I was, the more guilt I felt, the more I snacked unhealthy meals, the more upset I got at myself, and the negative cycle continued.
 Thanks to this program, I am more aware of my negative self-talk, I have learned the triggers that cause the sugar devil to come out, and I have wellness choices to make daily. I understand the reasoning and science behind strength training and metronome usage. I am content doing several shorter workouts per week than spending hours at the gym.
 Now I focus on a growth mindset that empowers me, not a fixed mindset that limits me. 
Best of all, my jeans fit better at age 50 than they did at age 49. I don't get on a scale regularly but I feel more toned and healthier in my own skin. Thank you Mindvalley and Ronan from 10X!
