10X helped me with consistency. This program helped me change my self-image from an inconsistent to a consistent person. I now use proper form for all exercises. I understand the science behind strength training, and I don't just pump weights.

Squat 5 lbs - 12 reps
Push 8 lbs - 12 reps
Pull Banded 40 lbs - 12 reps
Squat 5 lbs - 35 reps
Push 8 lbs - 40 reps
Pull Banded 40 lbs - 100 reps
