"Before this program, I never stuck to a program or exercise routine."

Before this program, I never stuck to a program or exercise routine. I started every week with motivated Monday and then faded off as the week went by. 
 I also felt I had no idea how to lift weights. I was doing whatever I learnt from You tube without the proper form or the science behind it. 
 10X helped me with consistency. This program helped me change my self-image from an inconsistent to a consistent person. I now use proper form for all exercises. I understand the science behind strength training, and I don't just pump weights. 
 After this program, I have become stronger and I have built a lifetime habit. 
Here is an example of my growth:
 Week 1: 
 Squat 5 lbs - 12 reps
 Push 8 lbs - 12 reps
 Pull Banded 40 lbs - 12 reps
Week 12:
 Squat 5 lbs - 35 reps
 Push 8 lbs - 40 reps
 Pull Banded 40 lbs - 100 reps
