Before this program, I had started Life coach training to help get me out of my sluggish negative mindset. 

Since doing that program I have opened up and connected so much more with my body and mind, making me even more open to learning the things I am truly passionate about. This is what lead me to doing this Mindvalley course. I am so excited to grow even further.
