"My goal is to use this 10-minute work daily to improve this aspect of my life"

I am just starting the Total Transformation Training program. I was attracted to it for the simplicity and time saving components. I struggle for motivation and time when it comes to exercising my body. However, as I sit for most of my day, end up feeling weak and sluggish.

My goal is to use this 10-minute work daily to improve this aspect of my life. Thank you.
