Before I started this program I used to work out regularly, but this form of high intensity really tested my fitness....initially I felt breathless in the first round itself. But as I progressed I was able to complete all 3 rounds with greater speed, more stamina, better forms and push myself even more. I have had a great transformation, although it took me 2 months to complete this program. ? I have attached my transformation story of these 2 months. Thanks to this wonderful quest of getting breathless in just 10 minutes Im able to coach my clients better and give them better transformation too!!! ???
