"I join this quest to expand my I-space and do something good for myself"

Hi everyone. My name is Marianne. I’m 55 years old, married and a mother of two teenage girls. For years I haven’t found time to do fitness or exercise. Just always put my family in front. This August I got breast cancer - out of the blue. Where else do it come from....? And now I begin to see the necessity of doing something for me and my health and put myself in front! So I join this quest to expand my I-space and do something good for myself, and of course for my family.

"Challenging but delivers amazing results"

Very good, efficient and fun training course. Challenging but delivers amazing results. The individual sessions last for about 10 minutes plus stretching, i.e. they can easily be integrated into our daily activities. I can highly recommend this course!
