Looking forward to this program

Hi I am a wife f 32 years and mother of 3 adult sons. I am newly retired almost a year ago. I am 57 but feel and look like in my late 40s. I have 3 standard poodles I go for long walks almost everyday. I have been dealing with body aches that come and go, due to fibromyalgia but very mild. I have tight hip flexors due to tight lower back from spondylolisthesis grade 1 at L5S1 so some exercises tend to irritate my lower back. I do some weight training but 5-12 lbs mostly and inconsistently. I enjoy spin and swimming but swimming is out due to COVID restrictions. I have a spin bike but spin inconsistently. I do not know what to do for working out so find programs and pin it up and do that for a week or 2 then give up. I need a plan, direction and to build a routine. I am a therapeutic touch practitioner (TTP);and working on becoming registered (TTRP) to help people in their healing. I just completed the Silva Ultramind method quest and feel I have a more clear direction of where I see myself in 3 years and I am fit. I want to learn how to properly and effectively skate ski to share that with my husband. Our sons are all very active and so is my husband. Looking forward to this program.
