"Thanks to this program I am more confident about my sleeping schedule"

Before this program, I was not sure about any sleeping habits, sleeping tools, and supplements. Thanks to this program I am more confident about my sleeping schedule. I know how to use coffee in my favor, increasing my productivity. I have bought tools such as air purifiers and blue light blocking glasses that are helping to increase my sleep quality. Also, having a tea spoon of honey 30 minutes before bed, has helped me to avoid waking up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom. Now my life is more consistent, with more energy throughout the entire day with less worry about what shuold I do to increase my energy during the day. O course I still need to test many different things thaught in this program. However, with only these few pieces of information, I am feeling better than before. Thank you all for this amazing program!
