I struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. Even a light sound could wake me up and then million of thoughts kept me awake. Sleep Quest helped me discover simple actions that I could take which improved my sleep greatly. Especially morning routine and mindfulness made a huge difference. Quest is very thorough and covers a lot of ground and even though I haven’t applied it all, I still have great results. I’m so happy to have access to all of it so I can apply new things when I can, in my own time.
