"I am looking forward to learning how to get more and better quality of sleep"

I am just starting this quest. I am looking forward to learning how to get more and better quality of sleep so that I can heal a knee injury and be more prepared for surgery in the future. I would like to be able to drive without fear of falling asleep at the wheel. I am excited to complete this quest before taking my next trip to see new sights.
