I have followed this quest more for my clients than for me. I thought I was sleeping well, even very well.
I have discovered that my sleep was not as great as I thought: I fall asleep too quickly (a few seconds) and I don't respect my bear type. I miss more than 1 hour per night.
Now I take some time before to go to bed to arrange my bedroom and I go earlier to bed. In the morning, I take a glass of water.
It's not a lot, but I feel that my sleep improve and my daily life is more comfortable as I am more rested.
