However, that may follow with some not so good. When I can go to bed, and have not sleep at all, for the whole night. I probably can go like that for a few days, until I fall. Then I HAVE to go to bed as I cannot stay awake at all.
I tried all the points given by Dr. Michael Breus. Some work, and helped me. But when I have one night that is really bad. Nothing works. I learned to stay in bed for as long as I can, to try to sleep. but sometimes that does not happen at all. I will keep trying, and improving as I can. Depression has me to sleep maybe 2 h per night until I crashed. I could not get back to sleep, and talking to my doctor, he advise me to get a medication to sleep for a month to get back to normalcy. I stopped with his advice lowering the medication for 2 weeks and that worked. The medication was good, no groggy effect in the morning, just relaxed and rested. for a period of a few weeks worked well. Good luck everyone!
