I learned plenty of changes in the bedroom to make it sleep-friendly from lighting, temperature, relaxation stretches, mattress and how to cope when I can’t sleep or wake up in the middle of the night.
I also learned what other sleep tools to use such as, blue light glasses, ear buds and good quality face masks that can block out light.
The education on different supplements that can help us sleep better.
I am truly grateful to Dr. Breus for all the years of studies he has done on sleep and now helps people achieve quality sleep and rest based on studies and real results.
