The Mastery of Sleep

"I am looking forward to start something new and get my sleep program to work for me"

I am 60 years old and used to sleep really well up to ten years ago when I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, induced by high stress levels. Since then I have had insomnia and irregular sleep patterns. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine— not every night though. I’m a night owl, and have trouble following what it is good for me, and changing my bad bed habits. I am looking forward to start something new and get my sleep program to work for me, so I can be more focused during the day.
