I'm 37 years old and for my entire life, sleep has been a huge problem. Before I took this quest, having a good quality sleep night was a big issue. A normal night was about 4 hours of sleep, and feeling tired during the day, making everything harder and feeling a lack of focus in the assignments in work and personal life.
During the quest, I began to apply some of the methods and recommendations and slowly building up the good habits to improve my sleep patterns. The first thing I noticed was a more refreshing and energized wake-up, better mood an strangely, more positive.
There are great tips on the quest, and the community is very helpful as you can see the problems, and solutions of others, and you can share your experiences to get feedback, support and understand better the topics of each day.
I have to say that after 28 days, a lot of information, tips, recommendations, and insights about chronotypes, supplements, accessories, exercises, and sharing mattresses, I really feel like an expert. I need to keep improving my sleep, I have improved my sleep from 4 hours a night to 5 hours and 45 minutes, I wake up almost all days at the same time, and with the power down hour method is easier to fell asleep.
No more brain fog during my first 2 hours of the day. I'm really happy I choose to get on this quest.
Thanks to the Mindvalley team, to the community and especially to Dr. Michael Breus for sharing his knowledge.
