Before the quest, I did the minimal to sleep better...meaning I had a humidifier that I used when necessary. I was never bothered about the effects that blue light had on me. My eyes used to have these sleep-deprived bags under them lol.
I am Thankful and Grateful to Dr. Michael Breus and Mindvalley for the knowledge and amazing tips on this quest. I have implemented as many as possible and am seeing the difference. I feel energized and know that my sleep quality has increased a lot. I even use my cycling glasses as a "temporary" measure during my power down hour ?
My biggest take away is learning my Chronotype and abiding by the suggestions. I used to be the guy who works close till midnight and up at 6am, this most certainly caught up with me.
