Since the quest all of the issues have been resolved. I thought I'd never adapt to my chronotype bedtime and now I am up until 11:20 and wake up at 6:30 and cannot believe I am sleeping through the night! It did not take long and I love my new hours, feeling more rested in the morning.
No naps needed for me although I was never successful with them anyway. I also am now using the sleep doctor's glasses over my own for an hour at night and that has helped. SUCCESS!! This was my first quest and not my last.
