Before M Word I had many years meditation experience. However I found Emily Fletcher’s approach to be fully engaging and appealing. The M word quest was first program I completed start to finish every day In a row. After the quest, I drifted away from daily practice yet still come back to it for refreshers when I need. It’s a perfect way to reset. I love listening to the special tracks for stress, sleep and pep talk. Finally the M Word program is the program I refer my friends & family to because it makes meditation so easy and accessible.
