“I'm handling challenges that used to overwhelm me so much better”

My sleep has been a little funky - not falling asleep until late and waking up early, so I do still feel fatigue sometimes. Definitely less reactive to stress and not holding my feelings in, even 'the not so pretty ones. I'm handling challenges that used to overwhelm me so much better.
I truly look forward to my meditations! It's like my precious "me" time where I can get still and quiet the noise. And in the good weather if I'm home it's my precious time on my balcony or my new favorite spot - under a tree in Central Park.
