This program showed a different way. I like how the teacher pulls in different techniques to create this system.
Now I have been able to quiet my mind and am building a meditation habit. I feel calmer and less anxious.

Before the program I was looking for a way to do regular meditation that was geared for integrating into daily life. I found many sessions very helpful with this and am in a 33 day program with Emily Fletcher now and finding it very helpful.
