"Now I have been able to quiet my mind"

Before this program I tried meditation several times but couldn’t just think about nothing. Haha. 

This program showed a different way. I like how the teacher pulls in different techniques to create this system. 
Now I have been able to quiet my mind and am building a meditation habit. I feel calmer and less anxious.
