Before this program, I was always super stressed and putting others before my own welfare. I had no morning routine and functioned on autopilot With some self-destructive patterns. I have learned so much from Emily. 
I am loving the meditations and learning that my body functions much better with a set morning routine of meditation breathing and gratitude. I am starting to make better choices for myself and becoming more resilient to stress.
