“I feel more like myself again and the person that I truly want to be”

I decided to do the M-Word meditation for a number of reasons. 
*I had previously been doing mindfulness meditation, and as a Reiki master, I have also explored reiki meditation as well as numerous other forms of meditation. 
*I have, in the past, suffered from severe anxiety and depression due to PTSD and it affected my life in a big way.  [...]
*I found this meditation technique to be the best that I have tried and very easy to follow as well. 
*I did not really know how to meditate properly before I found Mindvalley and Emily's, M-Word meditation course. 
*Emily is very easy to listen to, easy-going and knowledgeable, which makes the meditation effortless. 
*The course is very easy to follow and through each stage I could feel my development. 
*Emily also provides special techniques that can be used for sleep, stress and other common problems that we face every day, and these techniques are invaluable, along with the course. 
Now nearly a year later I have to say that I still meditate every morning and really feel the benefits of it. 
*I sleep better, I am calmer, I manage my anger easier and if I have insomnia then I find that doing a meditation in the morning really keeps me energised throughout the day. 
*I do a little meditation in the afternoons as well to help revitalise my energy levels and keep me on track. 
*I have found that the techniques to help in stressful situations most helpful to me managing my emotions. 
*I am managing stress easier and more efficiently. I no longer "dwell" on things that I can not control and my overall stress levels have reduced dramatically. 
*And I have managed to quit drinking and my medication. 
*I feel more like myself again and the person that I truly want to be.
