"I can honestly say this program saved my sanity"

I signed up for this course 2 days before injuring my back in HITT training (slipped disc). I can honestly say this program saved my sanity. Not only did it keep me psychologically & spiritually strong, it had the remarkable effect of relieving my acute & chronic pain - while meditating & for a short time afterwards. It was my only escape. I had to sit/stand on a high stool to do it but soon was occupying the vast & infinite inner universe that is this practice (especially at the end of Love Bomb). For the rest of my waking life I couldn’t sit at all for nearly 8 weeks (only lie or stand) & I was on powerful painkillers to cope. I’ve always loved yoga but that’s not an option either. So as you can see Emily Fletcher & Mindvalley truly rescued me. Thank you so much to both.
