Since beginning my meditation practice, I've experienced the power of surrender and the importance of adaptability. The idea that we meditate to get good at life, not to get good at meditation, perfectly articulates the reason that I’ve brought a whole person approach to the SAT and ACT test prep process. It elevates my ability to live the concepts I teach.
