"Thanks to the program I found the way of managing my depression and anxiety"

Hello there!
First of all, I am very grateful for having the opportunity of join this program.
Before I started the 33-day M Word quest I had never been able to maintain a meditation practice. I knew it would be good for me but just couldn't seem to be consistent, now I make sure I do it every day and became an independent meditator, this have been a life changing for me and it feel very good.
Having to manage a diagnosis of breast cancer and following the busy process of the treatment it's been very challenging; thanks to the program I found the way of managing my depression and anxiety. Also, like Emily said I am having less misunderstanding when talking to people, I became more focus, relax and a better listener, it's been a before and after in my live.
Thank you so much for all the wonderful things this quest has bring to my live.
