"I have gained focus, optimism, and I am feeling great"

Before this program I was meditating but have been using different technique that I could find on the internet. This technique and the way it was explained helped me internalize this practice better. Every step makes sense now and I now I know it has a purpose. I have been able to make this a daily practice. The best time for me is very early in the morning just like Emily suggested. 

I joined this quest because I was feeling a bit lost and was beginning to build much stress in my life. Being in lockdown is not easy as we are also having to deal with work and family all at the same time in a relatively small space (our house) and not being able to to the sport I most love (surfing). In the meantime, I was laid off during the lockdown and because of the economic crisis. So I strongly felt I needed to go back to my meditation practice urgently. 

This program has helped me very much in doing so and helping me deal with all the stress that has come due to my current situation. I have been able to deal with a lot of things during this quest and as I was meditating again in a consistent way. I have gained focus, optimism, and am feeling great. I am not sure but in the past, having to deal with all of this that is going on in my life would have been devastating. I am in a good mood most of the time, feeling positive, have a better relationship with my kids, being more patient with them. I have been able to embrace the natural feelings going on in me but my reactions have been better than I thought. I am very excited to have finished this quest and looking forward to a better future.
