This course is great to build the habit of meditation, I believe this is the greatest benefit one can get, it is well suited to beginners but also for practicing meditators who would like to get a great summary of the science and practice of meditation. I am now more resourced with techniques and knowledge that I can apply in my routine but also share with others. I really love the way it is organised and delivered. Thanks a lot to the whole team for putting this together.
