This course is great to build the habit of meditation, I believe this is the greatest benefit one can get, it is well suited to beginners but also for practicing meditators who would like to get a great summary of the science and practice of meditation. I am now more resourced with techniques and knowledge that I can apply in my routine but also share with others. I really love the way it is organised and delivered. I wanted to get more details about the science and techniques of meditation in order to help the people around me but also myself. I found the quest to be well sized for me to incorporate into my daily busyness, but also just the right size for me to really think about the idea of the day and practice them.
