“So many young people could benefit from this idea!”

This is so great you guys--so many young people could benefit from this idea! I Have worked in special education for 16 years with kids with dyslexia, ADD and other learning differences. I incorporate mindfulness into my teaching and it is amazing to see how it can improve student success. I would love to share even more effective techniques for meditation. The picture below is from Halloween last year taken in the lobby of our school-I am the one in the cowboy hat.
