As soon as I experience a situation that is causing me stress or move me out of my center, I can use the M-Words techniques to calm down, practice forgiveness and to surrender the need to control the things that I cannot change. I just let it go and re-focus on myself again.
Today, I celebrate all the experiences that have brought me here and now to transform myself in a new version.
