Meditation even helped with my narcolepsy. I still get anxious but I get over things a lot quicker. I’ve also figured out my triggers and have learned to either steer clear because it’s something I don’t enjoy or learn to live in harmony with the triggers. I can’t explain what took place during the 30 days but I’m still as emotional just less sad and anxious all the time. My emotions make sense and I can be reasonable with solutions now.
