The M Word

"The M Word is like a tool box"

Wow where would I start I could write an essay. The M Word is like a tool box. You become aware of something either in you body or your mind and you go to The M word techniques to fix, adjust and tune in or out. After a while you learn to adapt and use different tools together for different situations. The most interesting thing for me about The M Word is how as you continue to self develop using any other program on any other subject. You find yourself saying A-Ha I can use this bit of the M word for this to speed it up or solve it. When I finished the course I did feel there could have been more but now I have been doing the techniques for a few months I understand I learnt more than I could see. Essential life tool and easy to learn so easy. Thank you Emily thank you Mindvalley.
