“I feel much more able to go with the flow”

I've seen a PROFOUND decrease in stress. (I had a doctor's appointment today and was actually able to say that my stress levels are low! I have NEVER been able to say that before!).
I'm much less stressed out and irritable. Things don't get to me like they once did and I feel much more able to go with the flow.
