“I am in love with the Quest model”

The time span of the exercises works for me. Prior to M Word, I had already begun my introspective evolution. I was searching for mindful ways of implementing self-care and maintaining boundaries in relationships and work and a deeper connection with source. Thru M Word I have felt more relaxed, happier, more confident (especially in my ability to say No and not be wracked with guilt).
Emily's voice, choice of words, style of meditation resonates with me. I feel free in this "practice" to not always have it be perfect. Some days are better than others.
I have used the guided visualizations for Sleep, mindful Consumption, Forgiveness (a big one)and the Finding your Purpose exercise. M Word has been a welcome addition to my daily morning. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship.
If I want, I can choose to have Emily's lead me through Day 12 meditation or proceed on my own. Q&A platform for more connection (though I am only available for the replays).

Almost all of my responses are the complete opposite (in the right direction) on my final assessment than my initial assessment. One theme that repeated itself in my initial assessment of what I wanted out of the quest was to gain clarity, and even in my final responses, I could read how...
