The Longevity Blueprint

"This quest is literally a life changer!"

I've been on this journey for a long time. (Since November 2019). I do want to lose weight, but I'm really more focused on creating longevity that is worthwhile.
My mother and half-brother died with dementia. My father had heart disease and died from colon cancer. There are things like rhumitoid arthritis, hypertension and diabetes in my family tree. I don't know which is going to get me in the end (I already have a few odd joints that are particularly painful), but I'll be damned if I'm not going down without a fight. So now I fast 16 hours almost every day. I plan my meals for the whole day ahead of time. I do a 30-35 minute fasted workout in the morning. I take a hot/cold shower everyday right after. I do Tabata sets, HIIT, core and isometric work. I am trying yoga (Whew, I still terribly uncoordinated!) I "close my rings" (on my AppleWatch) every day (since January 1, 2020).

I work with my Found coach and take my medicine daily which really helps with my depression and habit building. I get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep most nights. I meditate 3 times a day. I believe the last time I saw this ending number it was 2014. I'm super grateful for this quest.

I want to live as least as long as my Gram Piotrowski -- and be as least as sassy ? I have learned so much and created very positive and simple habits that I can continue forever. I don't feel like I'm working out "all the time." Rather, I feel like I'm working my body the best way for me and I am in love. Day 7 Results: Weight: 309.7 Squat: 34 -- I apparently know how to do these ;-) Pushup: 21 (barbell incline) Plank: 52 sec (Level 1), 23 sec (Level 2) Burpees: 12 (Level 1) -- these were worse than learning a dance move for me. I could not figure this out for the life of me. I was glad to get 12 LOL Day 48 Results: Weight: 298.9 Squat: 50 (there might have been more ... I lost count ;-) ) Pushup: 38 (stair incline) Plank: 81 sec (Level 1 -- I hurt my foot mid-quest and I really cannot do a Level 2) Burpees: 20 (Level 3 -- I understand them now ;-) ) I've attached the beginning and ending scale snap shots. I have not been out of the 300's in weight since the latter part of 2014! This quest is literally a life changer!
